Operational Discipline
Vantage Facility Solutions was founded in 2017 by a team with deep roots in commercial property management. We had spent years on the client side — managing facilities, vetting vendors, and dealing with the frustration of inconsistent service, missed schedules, and crews that changed every month.
So we built something different. A facility services company designed from the ground up around the needs of facility managers: consistent crews, documented protocols, real accountability, and a single point of contact who actually knows your property.
Today we serve over 150 commercial facilities across the metro area, managing more than 2.4 million square feet of commercial space. Our clients include property management firms, corporate campuses, healthcare facilities, and industrial operators — all with one thing in common: they need a vendor they can count on.

Marcus spent over a decade managing commercial properties before founding Vantage in 2017. He holds certifications in commercial facility management and has overseen the cleaning and maintenance of over 5 million square feet of commercial space throughout his career.
